Guarantee
If you or the recipient is not 100 % satisfied, return the gift and we will send you a replacement. All gifts are carefully packed to arrive in excellent condition.

Substitutions
In the event that we need to make a substitution due to seasonal and/or product availability we will choose items of equal or greater value.

Lead Time
Items in stock will shipped or delivered within 24 hours of receipt of order. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the following Business Day.

Holiday Orders
Please place your orders early for optimum choice and allow additional delivery time.

Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the gift. Shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of the gift. Shipping options and prices will be given when you check out. Please check delivery information carefully BEFORE you submit your order. FedEx will return undelivered gifts to our store and a redelivery fee will be applied. FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Boxes

Local Area Hand Delivery
Business Deliveries will be completed before 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Residential Deliveries will be left with a neighbor or in a safe place if no one is home. Redelivery fees will be applied if necessary

All gifts are insured against loss or damage at no additional cost. We ship chocolates within the state of Florida year round. Gifts outside Florida will be shipped with a variety of confections; however, chocolates will not be included May through October.
